water cooler bottles
hey guys as the title suggests im after a couple of neverfail bottles 15-19litres to ferment/age some lambics in.
the style like the water coolers you see at the doctors or banks.
Im hoping to buy a newer one not some old scratched up thing.
Does anyone know where i can buy them over the counter? ive looked at all the places i would of thought i could have found one.

I'll keep an eye out too.
Are you concerned about oxygen ingress with the long aging in plastic? Different grades of PET have different levels of oxygen permeability, so I wouldn't think they would be necessarily the same as the Better Bottle.
Maybe Duane can get some glass carboys in? I'd be interested in something like that too to do a mead or sour in.

mate it did cross my mind but then i read a little on ahb and people had seemed to ferment in them and was willing to give it a whirl for the sake of $20 of grain.
Ive actually now got 2 glass carboys on order through duane after having no luck with water bottles and realising better bottles cost even more then glass.
