Central Coast Craft Brewers meeting 17th of Feb

Hello fellow brewers,
We will be organising another Central Coast brewers meeting on Sunday, 17th of Feb at 3pm
It will be held at the same park as previous meets - on the lake at Long Jetty. A map has been attached if you are unsure.
Bring along some of your beers and bring any other homebrewing mates that may have be interested - the more the merrier.
BBQ will be provided.

Kids and partners welcome.
Please reply here if you are able to attend, so we can cater the BBQ.

Ok, So the meet is this Sunday, however the weather looks a bit dicey. The Forecast goes from 0%chance of precipitation to 90% to back to 40%
Depending on the weather, we can either seek some shelter under the gazebo at the park or we can change the venue - Does anyone have any suggestions for somewhere undercover to go? Or we could reschedule... What do you think?

As for food, I am smoking some pulled pork for the meet, so I was hoping to get someone to bring along some bread rolls and some coleslaw. Any volunteers? Also an esky with some ice to keep the beers cold.

Hi everyone, new guy here. I thought I would sign myself up for this club and invite myself along this Sunday. Hope that's OK. Clearly bringing a few beers along is the done thing (wouldn't be a homebrew club without it) but is there something else I should bring? Nibblies/meat/salad/beer wench (nah, that last one's not gonna happen ).

The Weather is looking up now!

As for food -
Chris is bringing some Marlin pate(!) with Crackers
Tossle is bringing rolls
I am pulling my pork
Is anyone getting the coleslaw?
Esky with some ice?
And everyone else is bringing beer.

It was a good turnout. we are working towards a brew competition in the future. We think a comp with a common style, or a common ingredient would be the best.

we are also looking towards a meeting at six strings brewery for some commercial tastings.
btw the pork was awesome

Good turn out again, good to see a new face and welcome Dick. Sorry I had to bail early only wish I could have stayed a little longer and anjoyed some more of the fine beers you guys have made.

I promise, next time I will bring a real beer. God only knows what it may be

What about going a bit more broad - American Beers? That way we can include Ambers, Browns, AIPA, Steam, Barley Wine, American Wheat, American Pilsner, American Stout and American Wild/Farmhouse Ale.

Just a thought - I am being selfish here because I just brewed a pale ale and have got other styles to tackle.
